( ※ 「しおかぜ」は、北朝鮮にいる拉致被害者に向けて日本のご家族からの呼びかけを送る短波ラジオ放送であり、拉致被害者とご家族にとっては、まさに命綱です。)
“公共放送”NHKの一方的な都合により、拉致被害者と日本を辛うじて繋ぐ「しおかぜ」の放送時間帯が変更されようとしています。
当然、拉致被害者のご家族から強い反対意見が挙がっています。
監視の目が厳しい北朝鮮では、ラジオ放送を自由に聞くことすら極めて困難であり、放送時間帯の変更が拉致被害者に及ぼす悪影響(「もう放送が打ち切られてしまったのではないか!?」「ついに日本国から見放されてしまったのではないか!?」等の絶望や不安)の大きさは計り知れません。
“公共放送”NHKと日本政府には、拉致被害者を絶望させることのない方針と政策の決定及びその履行を強く求めます。
We are against changing the broadcast time of "SHIOKAZE"!
(⇒ SHIOKAZE is the shortwave radio program that sends messages to abductees in North Korea from their Japanese families, and is truly a lifeline for each of them.)
Due to NHK's self-centered policy, broadcast time of SHIOKAZE is about to change. (Even though NHK is a public broadcaster. And even though SHIOKAZE program is the thread that barely connects abductees in North Korea with Japan.)
Needless to say, families of abductees strongly oppose that NHK's self-sentered policy.
In North Korea, which is under strict surveillance, it is also difficult to listen to radio programs freely. So, the negative impact on abductees due to the change in broadcast time is immeasurable. (There is no doubt that abductees are worried SHIOKAZE has already been cancelled. And I fear that they will finally think that they have been abandoned by Japan.)
We strongly urge the Japanese government and NHK to decide on and implement policies that will not leave abductees in despair.
「시오가제」방송 시간대 변경에 대해 이의가 있습니다 !!
(⇒시오가제는 북한에 있는 납치 피해자에 대하여, 일본에 있는 가족의 메시지를 보내는 단파 라디오 방송이며,이것이 바로 피해자와 가족을 위한 생명줄입니다.)
공공 방송국인 NHK의 일방적인 사정으로, 납치 피해자와 일본을 간신히 연결하는 시오가제의 방송 시간대가 변경될 예정입니다. (매우 나쁜 일입니다.)
당연, 가족으로부터는 격한 반대의견이 나오고 있습니다.
북한의 엄격한 감시 체제에서는 라디오 방송을 자유롭게 듣는 것조차 어렵기 때문에, 방송 시간대의 변경이 납치 피해자에게 미치는 악영향은 심각합니다.
("이미 시오가제 방송이 중단되어 버린 것이 아닌가 ?"등으로 불안에 빠지거나, "결국 우리는 일본에서 놓쳐 버린 것이 아닌가 ?"등처럼 절망해 버릴지도 모릅니다.)
일본 정부와 공공 방송국인 NHK에게는, 납치 피해자를 절망시키지 않는 방침과 정책을 결정하고 이행하도록 강경하게 요구합니다.
