　DNA 鑑定結果をめぐっての山梨県警察とのやりとり、そして山梨 県警による記者会見及びマスコミ報道について、美保さんの双子の 妹さんである森本美砂さんとご主人の森本直行さんにお話しを伺い ました。（質問者：予備役ブルーリボンの会 荒木代表）

　山梨県警の方々との「ニュー機山」でのやりとりでは、なんかも う、９９．９９９９…と、９がやたらと付いているというイメージ で、もうそれだけで“ドーン”と決定打みたいな感じでした。

Mrs. Misa Morimoto :

　Regarding the meeting with the Yamanashi Prefectural Police staff at New Kizan, what can I say, it was like 99.9999...., with the image that number 9 was so many attached, and it was like a “decisive blow”.

　それまでに DNA 鑑定の話は何も聞いていなかったので、もうた だただ驚いて…。でもそれが真実だと思いましたから、私、ちょっ と泣き崩れてしまいまして、「とんでもないことをしていたと、２０ 年間も姉を冷たい土の中で放っておいてしまったのか。」という思い で苛まれていたのです。 でもなんか、あまりにも唐突な話で頭が整理し切れなかったとい う感じではありました。

　Until then, there was no talk about DNA analysis, so I was just surprised. But I thought it was true, so I broke down in tears. I was tormented by the thought that “As if I was doing something cruel”, “I left my sister in the cold soil for 20 years long”. However, somehow, I felt like I couldn’t organize my thoughts because the story talked by the police staff was so abrupt.

　그때까지는 DNA 감정 이야기는 아무것도 듣지 않았기 때문에, 이제 그저 놀라서…. 하지만, 그것이 진실이라고 생각했기 때문에, 나는 조금 울음을 터뜨렸습니다. “심한 일을 해 버렸고, 20 년간이나 언니를 차가운 흙 속에 방치해 버린 건가!? ” 라는 생각으로 괴로워하고 있었습니다. 하지만 왠지, 너무 갑작스러운 이야기에 생각을 정리하지 못하고 있었다는 느낌이었습니다.

　その直後に、少し前述した記者会見と、警察からのリークとしか 思えないマスコミによる報道が行われたのです。

Immediately after that, the press conference I mentioned above a little, and the media report that can only be considered as a leak from the police were covered.

　그 직후, 조금 전술한 기자회견과, 경찰의 유츨이라고 밖에 생각되지 않는 언론에 의한 보도가 이루어졌습니다.

　その時にご主人の直行さんはご一緒にいらして、かなり違和感を 覚えたというお話しを伺いたいと思います。

Mr. Araki：

　 At that time, Mr. Naoyuki Morimoto was with Mrs. Misa Morimoto, and felt suspicious. Please tell us about that.

　그때, 모리모토 나오유키 씨는 동석하셔서, 위화감을 느꼈다는 이야기를 듣고 싶습니다.

　はい。かねてより美保さんの問題が拉致ではないかということが 疑われていたため、荒木先生が仰った様に山梨県を中心として、色々 なところで署名を集めたり、呼びかけたり…等の運動をしておりま した。私も出来る限り、妻と一緒に参加させて貰っていました。

Mr. Naoyuki Morimoto :

　 Yes. For a long time, Miho’s missing was suspected that it was abduction by North Korea. So, as Mr. Araki said, mainly in Yamanashi Prefecture, together with my wife Misa, I also participated in activities such as collecting signatures and called for campaign to rescue Miho in various places as much as possible.

　네. 진작부터 미호 씨의 문제는 납치가 아닌가 의심을 받았기 때문에, 아라키 선생님이 말씀하신 것처럼, 야마나시현을 중심으로, 여러 곳에서 서명을 모으거나, 연설하거나, 등의 활동을 하고 있었습니다. 저도 할 수 있는 한, 아내와 함께 참가하고 있었습니다.

　私は妻やお母さんと違い、美保さんと直接血が繋がっている訳で はないので少しは冷静だったというか、比較的落ち着いて成り行き を見ることが出来たのかもしれません。

　I am in a different position from my wife and her mother, because I don’t have a direct blood relationship with Miho. So I was able to stay a little calm, or maybe I was able to see the course of events relatively calmly.

　저는 아내나 장모와는 달리, 미호 씨와 직접 혈연이 없기 때문에, 조금은 냉정했다고 할까요, 비교적 침착하게 상황의 진행을 볼 수 있었을지도 모릅니다.

　何か…なんでしょうね、私も別に警察のことは詳しくないですし 素人ですけれども…。

　I don’t know the reason myself, but… I don’t know much about the police either, and I am just an amateur about it, but…

　뭔가…, 뭘까요,저도 딱히, 경찰에 대해서는 자세히 모르고, 아마추어입니다만….

　それまでには全く「DNA 鑑定をする」なんてことは聞いていませ んでしたので、「いきなり DNA 鑑定…？？ いきなりご遺体を見つ けて、その人が美保さんかも分からないから DNA 鑑定して…。DNA 鑑定したらピッタリ合ったって…？？？」

　 We were confused when we were suddenly noticed about the DNA analysis. It came upon us like a thunderbolt. We had never been informed anything about the DNA analysis by the police until then. Besides, “Why so sudden DNA analysis conducted? ” Can you believe the story that “An unidentified dead body found a long time ago was found to be Miho after DNA analysis, and the test result was completely consistent”? Is it true? It is also questionable why the DNA of the dead body was suddenly analyzed at this time, this timing.

　그때까지는 전혀“DNA 감정을 한다”는 말은 듣지 않았기 때문에, “갑자기 DNA 감정? 발견된 신원불명의 시신이 미호 씨일지도 모르니까, 갑자기 DNA 감정해 보니, 그 결과, 미호 씨인 것으로 판명되었다니…? 완전히 일치했다니…? ”

　それは、いくら何でも話が出来過ぎているという気がしました。 本来、警察の捜査というものは、「このご遺体は美保さんの可能性 が十分にある。衣類とか、身体の大きさとか、それらの条件が一致 している。」という様な状況になって初めて DNA 鑑定に移行するの ではないのかと思うのですが…。

　I felt that it was suspicious because that story was almost too good to be true. Originally, the police investigation should be “It is quite possible that this body is Miho’s. Clothing, body size, and all of these conditions are consistent with Miho’s!” It’s only when all of these conditions are met that the police proceed to DNA analysis, isn’t it? This is my question.

　그건, 아무리 해도 이야기의 사정이 너무 좋지 않을까 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 본래, 경찰의 수사라는 것은, “이 시신은 미호 씨일 가능성이 충분히 있다. 의류라든지, 몸의 크기라든지, 그것들의 조건이 일치하고 있다.”그런 상황이 되어서야 DNA 감정으로 이행하는 것이 아닌가…라고 생각하는데요.

　何でしょうかね、あまりに強引というか、唐突過ぎてもいました ので…。「なんだか話が出来すぎているのではないかな？」という疑 問を強く感じました。

　What can I say, the way the police did was too forceful and abrupt. So, “This story is almost too good to be true. It’s kind of suspicious.” I had such a question strongly.

　뭘까요, 너무 강압적이라고 할까, 너무 갑작스럽기도 해서요. “왠지 이야기의 사정이 너무 좋지 않을까? ”라는 의문을 강하게 느꼈습니다.

荒木代表：

　結構こういう時の、そういう「直観」というのがとても重要では ないかと私は思っているのです。 あの…２００２年９月１７日、小泉首相訪朝の時の、“いわゆる飯 倉公館事件”とパターンが全く同じなのです。 ご家族をある意味で言うと缶詰めにしておいて、そこでいきなり 情報を出して、同時に外ではマスコミが「バッと報道で情報を流す！」 というやり口です。 その“飯倉公館事件”の時のパターンと極めて同じだったのです。

Mr. Araki：

　Actually, at times like this, I think that kind of intuition is very important. This is exactly the same pattern as “The so-called Iikura diplomatic establishment incident” during Prime Minister (at that time) Koizumi’s visit to North Korea on September 17, 2002. In a sense, it’s a cunning trick to keep Miho Yamamoto’s family in a canned state (kept confined/isolated) and suddenly releasing prepared information (that is probably different from the facts) to confuse the family. At the same time, the media spreads the same information in the report and TV broadcasts on the outside . It was exactly the same pattern and tactic as the way of “The so-called Iikura diplomatic establishment incident”.

　의외로 이런 때의, 그런“직감”이라는 것이 매우 중요하다고, 저는 생각합니다. 저기, 2002 년 9 월 17 일, (당시)고이즈미 총리 방북 때의“소위 이이쿠라 공관 사건”과 패턴이 완전히 똑같습니다. 가족을 어떤 의미에서는 통조림 상태로 만들어 놓고,그 사이에 아마도 사실과는 다른 작위된 정보를 갑자기 꺼내서, 가족을 혼란스럽게 해놓고, 동시에 외부에서는 언론이“그 같은 정보를 보도나 텔레비전 방송으로 단번에 흘린다”는 방식입니다. 그“이이쿠라 공관 사건”때의 패턴과 지극히 똑같았습니다.

　“ニュー機山事件”の時はフジテレビでしたよね？ ご家族が「ニュー機山」に缶詰め状態にされている間に（DNA 鑑定 の結果、山形の身元不明遺体が山本美保さんであると判明したとい う）あのニュースが流されていたのですよね。

　It was Fuji TV at the time of “New Kizan incident”, right? That news( as a result of DNA analysis, the unidentified body found in Yamagata Prefecture was found to be Miss. Miho Yamamoto) was being broadcast live while the family was being confined to New Kizan, right?

　ともかく、「この問題がおかしいんだ！」ということと、やはり「一 番盛り上がっていたところ(山本美保さんの救出運動)を狙われたの ではないか？」 さらには、「お父さんが（多くの身元不明遺体の確認も自ら行って いらした）警察官だったと。そのお父さんが体調を崩されて、申し 訳ないけれども、もうあまり残り時間がないというタイミングで DNA 鑑定結果の話が出て来たということ…」等々ですね。

　Regarding the abduction problem, I think the most exciting point (The momentum of trying to rescue Miss. Miho Yamamoto from North Korea) was targeted by hostile forces. Anyway, this problem is too suspicious. Miho’s father was a police officer (who continued to check many unidentified bodies). But he fell ill and left the investigation mission. Soon after he fell ill, sudden DNA analysis was conducted and the results were noticed to the family by police. Like these, there are many inexplicable matters. 　어쨌든,이 DNA 감정 문제는 분명히 의심스럽습니다. 납치 문제 중에서, 구출의 기운이 가장 고조되고 있던 곳(야마모토 미호 씨를 구출하기 위한 활동) 이 표적이 된 것이라고 생각합니다. 게다가, 경찰관으로서, 많은 신원 불명의 사체 확인도 스스로 실시해온 미호 씨의 아버님이 병으로 쓰러져, 근무를 떠난 타이밍에, 갑자기 DNA 감정이 행해져, 그 결과가 통지되어 온 것 등.

　これはどう考えても怪しい事件です。そして実は、拉致問題の根 本にこの様な事があるのではないかなとも思っております。 是非皆さんに（偽りの DNA 鑑定であるとの疑念を強く持たれて いる、この山本美保さんの問題に）関心を持ち続けて頂きたいと思 います。どうも有り難うございました。
