最近、「科学捜査－真実を発見 DNA鑑定から死因究明まで－」という

表題の本を読みました（写真参照）。

Recently, I read a book entitled “Science Investigation. – Uncover the truth. From DNA profiling to investigation about the cause of someone’s death. –” （Please refer to the attached photo.） 

최근, 저는“과학수사 – 진실을 발견. DNA감정에서 사인규명까지-”

라는 책을 읽었읍니다.（첨부된 사진 참조.）

子供向けの学習書であり、とても分かりやすかったのですが、読後に私

は愕然とさせられました。 

This is a study book for children and easy to understand, but I was astonished after reading it so much.

이것은 어린이를 위한 학습서이며, 매우 이해하기 쉬웠지만, 읽어 보니, 저는 매우 놀랐습니다.

なぜならこの本により、山本美保さんに対する警察のDNA鑑定のやり方

に重大かつ致命的なミス（本来なされるべき手順から著しく逸脱していた）があったことを改めて知ったからです。

The reason is because I realized once again that there were terrible and fatal mistakes in Miss. Miho Yamamoto’s DNA profiling by Police. (The DNA profiling procedures by Police deviated awfully from the original procedures that should have been followed.)

왜냐하면, 이 책으로, 야마모토 미호 씨에 대한 경찰의 DNA 감정 방법에 중대하고 치명적인 실수（본래라면, 해야 할 절차에서 크게 벗어났습니다）가 있었던 것을 디시 알았기 때문입니다. 

この本には、「現場の証拠品について、血液型やDNA鑑定で利用しても、必ず半分は残すようになっています。それは、現在の技術では鑑定が難しいものでも、将来は鑑定出来るようになるかもしれないからです。改めて調べられるようにしておけば、現在解決出来ない事件も解決の手がかりが見つかるかもしれませんし、過去の間違いを正すことも出来るに違いないからです。」等々、様々な規定が書かれています。

According to this book, there are various regulations as follows. “About the evidence (blood or body tissues or something) at the scene, expert witnesses can use half of it for the DNA profiling for the present needs, but they must keep the other half for the future. 

That’s because, even though it is difficult matter with current DNA profiling technology, it will be possible in the future.    

To leave evidence for the future, it may be possible to solve causes or questions that are currently unsolvable. And probably, we can right the wrong of the past.”

이 책에는“현장의 증거품에 대해서는 혈액형이나 DNA 감정용으로 이용 하더라도 반드시 반은 남기도록 되어 있습니다. 그것은, 현재의 기술에서는 DNA감정이 어려운 것이라도, 장래는 감정할 수 있게 될지도 모르기 때문입니다. 

다시 조사 할 수 있도록 해두면, 현재 해결할 수 없는 사건도 해결의 단서가 발견될지도 모르고, 과거의 실수를 바로잡을 수도 있을 것임에 틀림없기 때문입니다.”등등, 다양한 규정이 적혀 있습니다. 

これらの鉄則をことごとく、且つ強引に破り、真実からかけ離れた偽りの説明を美保さんのご家族に対して行ない、今なおその非を認めない日本の警察、特に説明実施者のリーダーであった山梨県警 丸山潤 警備一課長（当時）には、今からであっても真実の告白を求めます。

Japanese Police broke almost all of these ironclad rules by force. Furthermore, they gave fabricated explanations far from the truth to Miss. Miho Yamamoto’s family. And they haven’t come clean yet.

I believe there is still time even from now. So I demand that Japanese Police, especially Mr. Jun Maruyama (who was the chief of the 1st. Security Division of Yamanashi Prefectural Police and the leader explained the situation to Miho’s family at that time) confess the truth.  

이러한 철칙을 엄청나게 강하게 깨고, 진실에서 멀리 떨어진 거짓 설명을 미호 씨 가족에 대해 실시하고, 아직 그 비를 인정하지 않은 일본 경찰, 특히, 설명 실시자 리더였던 마루야마 준 씨 – 야마나시현 경찰 경비 1 과장（당시）에게는, 비록 지금부터라도  진실의 고백을 요구합니다.   

この本は、科学捜査研究所と科学警察研究所の任務遂行を基盤に編集されています。それらの組織のまとめ役である科学警察研究所の総務部長に今年4月、丸山潤氏が任命されたことをメディアが報じています。

This book is edited based on mission accomplishment of two organizations, one is The Forensic Science Research Institute and the other is The National Research Institute of Police Science.

In April this year, Media reported Mr. Maruyama was appointed as the chief of general affairs of The National Research Institute of Police Science. 

His new post is the consensus builder for these two organizations.  

이 책은 과학수사연구소와 과학경찰연구소의 임무 수행을 기반으로 

편집되었습니다. 이러한 조직의 정리역인 과학경찰연구소 총무부장으로, 올해 4월, 마루야마 준 씨가 임명된 것을 미디어가 보도하고 있습니다. 

その巡り合わせが、丸山氏自身の過

ちを悔い改めるきっかけとなって状況が劇的に変わり、山本美保さんが日本に生還する日にもつながることを願ってやみません。

Hopefully, that coincidence will be a catalyst for Mr. Jun Maruyama to repent. 

I hope it will also be a trigger for things to change drastically and connect to the day Miss. Miho Yamamoto’s return to home.

그 인연이 마루야마 씨 자신의 잘못을 회개하는 계기가 되어, 상황이 극적으로 바뀌고, 야마모토 미호 씨가 일본에 생환할 날에도 연결되기를 바랍니다.
