山本美保さん失踪事件の謎を今、改めて追え！

　山本美保さん失踪後の状況、特に山梨県警察との会合・検証について、美保さんの双子の妹さんである森本美砂さんにお話しを伺いました。（質問者：荒木代表）

Mrs. Misa Morimoto who is Miss Miho Yamamoto’s twin sister told us about the situation after Miho’s disappearance, especially the meetings and identification with the Yamanashi Prefectural Police.

  야마모토 미호 씨 실종 후의 상황,특히 야마나시현 경찰과의 회합와 검증에 대해서, 미호씨의 쌍둥이 여동생인 모리모토 미사 씨로부터 이야기를 들었습니다.  （질문자는, 아라키 당회 대표입니다.）

　前回の最後のところで申しましたように、山梨県は結束力が強いというところもありまして、同級生の会の方々を中心に、山本美保さん救出の盛り上がりが非常に大きかった訳です。 

Mr. Araki： 

　As I said at the end of the last time, Yamanashi Prefecture has a strong solidarity, so the excitement to rescue Miho Yamamoto was very big, mainly by the classmates in her school days. 

아라키 대표： 　지난번 마지막 부분에서 말씀드렸듯이, 야마나시현은 결속력이 강하다는 점도 있어서, 미호씨의 학창시절 동급생 분들을 중심으로, 구출을 요구하는 기운이 매우 컸던 셈입니다.

　そういう中で、2004年、平成16年の3月4日に山梨県警から森本美砂さんへの電話があり、それは、「山形で発見された身元不明のご遺体に関し、名古屋大学でDNA鑑定をやっていて、その結果を受け取りに行きます。」という内容の電話だったということですね。

　In such a situation, on March 4, 2004, Mrs. Misa Morimoto  received a phone call from the Yamanashi Prefectural police, saying, “Regarding the unidentified dead body found in Yamagata Prefecture, we are doing DNA analysis at Nagoya University. And we are going to get the results.” It was a phone call with that content, wasn’t it?

　그런 가운데, 2004 년, 헤세이16 년3 월4 일에 야마나시 현경으로부터 모리모토 미사 씨에 전화가 걸려왔어, 그것은, “야마가타현에서 발견된 신원불명의 시신에 대해, 나고야 대학에서 DNA 감정을 하고 있어서, 그 결과를 받으러 갑니다.” 라는 내용의 전화였다는 것이군요? 

　そして、そのご遺体の骨髄と森本美砂さんの血液との DNA 鑑定の結果、完全に一致したと。つまり、「一卵性双生児だから完全に一致する訳です。」ということでですね。警察がそれを発表したのが翌日の５日。 

警察による、DNA 鑑定の発表直前、直後の経緯についてご説明頂けますか？ 

　And as a result of the DNA analysis between the bone marrow of the female dead body and Mrs. Misa Morimoto’s blood, it was completely consistent. In other words, “It’s a perfect match because it’s identical twins.” It was insistence that it was evidence. And Police announced it the next day (5^th.). 

Could you explain the circumstances just before and immediately after the announcement of the DNA analysis by the police?

　그리고, 그 시신의 골수와 모리모토 미사 씨의 혈액과의DNA 감정 결과, 완전히 일치했다고…. 즉,“일란성 쌍둥이이기 때문에 완전히 일치한 것입니다.” 그래서 말이죠. 경찰이 그것을 발표한 것이 다음날 5일. 

경찰에 의한, DNA 감정 발표 직전, 직후의 경위에 대해 설명해 주시겠습니까?

森本美砂さん：

　はい。私は特別支援学校に勤めていて、卒業式間近で忙しく仕事をしていた２００４年の３月４日、山梨県警警備第一課長補佐から職場にいる私（森本美砂さん）の携帯に電話連絡がありまして…。 

「山形で発見された身元不明のご遺体と美砂さんの血液とで DNA 鑑定をした結果、一致しました。つきましては明日、名古屋大学に鑑定書を取りに行きます。お母さんにも連絡させて下さい。」と、唐突に言われました。 

　Mrs. Misa Morimoto :

Yes. On March 4, 2004, when I was working at a special support school and while I was busy because the graduation ceremony was approaching, I received a phone call from the Assistant Chief of the 1^st. Division of the Yamanashi Prefectural Police.  

He suddenly said, “As a result of the DNA analysis between the unidentified dead body found in Yamagata Prefecture and Mrs.

Misa Morimoto’s blood, it was consistent. Therefore, I will go to Nagoya University tomorrow to receive the appraisal certificate. Let me contact your mother as well.”

　모리모토 미사 씨：

 네. 저는 특별 지원 학교에 다니고 있고, 졸업식이 임박하여 바쁘게 일하고 있었던 2004 년 3 월4 일, 야마나시현 경찰 경비 제1 과장 보좌관으로 부터 직장에 있는 저（모리모토 미사 씨）의 휴대폰에 전화 연락이 왔습니다. 

그리고,“ 야마가타현에서 발견된 신원불명의 시신과 모리모토 미사 씨의 혈액으로DNA감정을 한 결과,일치했습니다. 따라서 내일, 나고야 대학에 감정서를 받으러 갑니다. 어머님게도 연락하게 해주세요.” 라고, 갑자기 말씀하셨습니다.

　頭が真っ白になりながら、「ちょっと待って下さい。先に私に確認させて下さい。」と伝え、夫や支援の方々にだけ連絡しました。 

　Although my thoughts were confused, I said him, “Please wait a moment. Let me check it first. ” And I only contacted my husband and the members who had been supporting us. 

 　사고 정지 상태에 빠지면서도, “잠시만 기다려 주세요. 먼저 제가 확인하게 해주세요. ” 라고 전하고, 남편과 계속 지원해준 동료들에게만 연락했습니다.

　翌日の３月５日夕方４時以降、夫と私の二人で山梨県公務員の共済組合の施設「ニュー機山」に出向きました。 

　The next day, on March 5 after 4 p.m., my husband and I went to “New Kizan” , a facility of the Yamanashi Prefecture Civil Service Mutual Aid Association.

다음날3 월5 일 저녁4 시 이후, 남편과 나 둘이서 야마나시현 공무원의 공제조합 시설인“뉴키잔”에 나섰습니다.

　待っていたのは、警備一課長、課長補佐、警部補の３人でした。 

　There were three police staffs waiting for us : the 1^st. security chief, the assistant chief, and the lieutenant.

　기다리고 있던 멤버는, 경비 제1 과장,과장보좌, 경부보 

3 명이었습니다.

　名古屋大学の鑑定書を見せられながら、「ここを見て下さい。９９．９９９９９３７…というパーセンテージ。これが同一である確率です。そして、一卵性双生児であることも分かったのです。」「すぐにお母さんにも知らせましょう。マスコミが感づくのも時間の問題です。」と、課長補佐から言われました。 

　While being shown the appraisal certificate of Nagoya University, the assistant chief said, “Please look here. The percentage of 99.9999937…is the probability that this is the same. And we also found out that they were identical twins.” “Let’s tell your mother right away.  It’s only a matter of time before the media finds out this.”

　나고야 대학의 감정　　　서를 보여주면서,“여기를 봐 주세요.

99.9999937…라는 퍼센티지, 이것이 동일할 확률입니다.  그리고, 일란성 쌍둥이인 것도 알게 되었습니다.”  “곧 어머님께도 알려 드리겠습니다. 매스컴이 알아차리는 것도 시간 문제입니다.”  과장보좌님이 그렇게 말했습니다. 

　（この時には、母はすでに報道を見た親戚からの電話で知っており、フジテレビをつけると報道されていました。マスコミには、すでにリークされていたということです。） 

　(At this time, my mother had already known it by phone from a relative who had seen the media news, and it was already reported by Fuji TV. It means that it had already been leaked to the media.)

　（이때, 어머니는 이미 보도를 본 친척의 전화로 그것을 알고 있었고, 후지 TV 를 보면 보도되고 있었습니다. 매스컴에는 이미 유출되었다는 것입니다. ）

　私が混乱する中、その日（５日）の夜、山梨県警は記者会見を開いたものの、記者の様々な質問に対する回答は、「言えない」「言えない」の連発でした。 

　While I was confused, on the night of that day (5th), the Yamanashi Prefectural Police held a press conference, but the police’s responses to the reporter’s various questions were a series of “We can’t say” and “We can’t say” and “We can’t say”.

  내가 혼란스러웠던 가운데,그날 (5 일) 밤, 야마나시현 경찰은 기자회견을 열었지만, 기자들의 다양한 질문에 대한 경찰 측의 답변은, “말할 수 없다” “말할 수 없다” “말할 수 없다” 의 연발이었습니다. 

 「警察は、マスコミへのリークと記者会見の準備を整えた上で、直前に家族に伝えたのだな。」と、後から落ち着いて考えると見えてきました。 

  “After preparing for the leak to the media and the press conference, the police told my family just before the police did those events,” I could see it when I thought calmly later.

 “경찰은, 매스컴에 대한 유출, 기자회견 준비를 한 후, 그 직전에 우리 가족에게 전했구나.”라고, 나중에 침착하게 생각하면 보이기 시작했습니다. 

　我々家族は、ただただ慌てふためいて、何の対処も出来ないとい
