　大谷選手がユニフォームにブルーリボンをつけて試合に 出場してくれたなら、その影響は計り知れないだろう。

　If SHOHEI OHTANI wore The Blue Ribbon Patch on his uniform and play games, the impact will be immeasurable.

　오타니 선수가 유니폼에 블루 리본을 붙이고 경기에 출장했다면, 그 영향은 헤아릴 수 없습니다.

　かつて阪神大震災や東日本大震災の後、日本プロ野球の 選手達が「頑張ろう神戸」「頑張ろう日本」というワッペン をユニフォーム袖につけて試合に臨み、国難に立ち向かう 強い意志を体現してくれていた（添付写真参照）。

　Once, after The Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and The Great East Japan Earthquake, Japanese professional baseball players participated in games wearing patches on the sleeves on their uniforms that said,“Let’s do our best, Kobe !”and“Let’s do our best, Japan !” Those were to show their strong wills to face the national crisis. （Please refer to the attached photo.）

　이전에 한신-아와지 대지진이나 동일본 대지진 후, 일본 프로 야구 선수들이“힘내자 고베!”,“힘내자 일본!”라는 바펜을 유니폼 소매에 붙이고 경기에 임하여, 국난에 맞서는 의지를 구현하고 있었습니다．（첨부된 사진 참조．）

　拉致問題は国政の最優先課題であり、オールジャパンで 取り組むべき国難である。つまり、優先順位は最も高い。

　The abductions of Japanese Citizens by North Korea is the top priority in national affairs and it is a national crisis that must be tackled by the whole of Japan. That is, it has the highest priority.

　납치 문제는 국정의 최우선 과제이며, 전 국민이 다루어야 하는 국난입니다. 즉, 우선순위가 가장 높습니다.

　大谷選手をはじめとする多くの日本のスポーツ選手がブ ルーリボンを身につけ、日本を、日本国民をリードしてく れたら素晴らしい。

It would be great if many Japanese athletes including SHOHEI OHTANI put The Blue Ribbon Patches on their uniforms and could lead Japan and Japanese People forward.
